I have looked at a lot of national websites and almost every one of them pays
for a lot of the costs by selling "souvenirs".
The parent club could work out a partnership deal with vendors who sells their
items through the PC website and pay a percentage.
We all talk about the economy and how people are cutting back - well give me a
good looking T shirt or mouse pad and I can afford that. I can't afford the
collections of stuff.

I'm surprised by that also. you would think their were NATIONAL SWEATSHIRTS or

Because I forget to check the site as it is always easier just to jump in
instead of researching, I have now set a calendar item that has me check the PC
site at least weekly. That way I do not have to rely on others to slap me
upside the head!
I know how much hard work it takes to keep this site up and I also know that we
are in no way paying market value Pam for all she does.
Now if we could use the store more effectively and offer more items ... We
should be selling items with unique logos for each National,
and other "souvenir" items that even those of us who can't make it to the show
can purchase. Ideas?

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. When I say it's on the Members Page, I
don't mean that it's behind the wall. The Members Page is where you go to
log on to the pages that
are behind the wall. It's the page with
announcements just for members as well. The Board Agendas, which have been
posted for at least the last 4 or 5 Board meetings, have been listed right
at the top of the page. Other things on this public page include
information about volunteering and information about how to recycle futurity
plaques, should you be so inclined, and other things from time to time.
GSDCA.org gets around 18,000 unique visitors each month, so there are a lot
of people visiting the site other than members.
I also remember posting to the list at least twice that the agendas were
there. When I get them, I post them. In fact, there's something new on the
website almost every day. Pam

You are not alone, I did not know that either. Pam does so much on the
website. I am in the 26% tile, but had no idea about the agenda being put
