I agree, but I think anyone would be willing to pay $25 probably up to $500
a year for a kennel license. The problem is, they are pretty tough to come
by in most area's, even if you are out a ways our county does not issue them
any longer. I believe in laws also but not ones that are so restrictive you
can
not do anything without paying thousands of dollars or having your property
taken.
It may be time to move out of California....LOL Kennels in Southern
California cost Millions or they are in the absolute worst areas.

Not had a problem for 30 years. I believe in laws. I have seen the county
go from stray animals running all over to hardly ever seeing one. I have
helped groom and clean up dogs when the state has found the awful puppy
mills. If my meager fee helps pay for the inspectors that is great.
my kennel is old but clean, the dogs are well fed and cared for. They don't
bother me. Inspectors find bad situations I want them to do something
about it.
