As in all things the lack of communications creates problems.
This should have never happened in the first place and could have been settled
for the good of the club many times.
Let's hope the new Board sees through the misinformation, still being spread
around, is told both sides of the issue.
The amount of time spent on this was all wasted and counter productive and has
impacted the past Boards ability to function properly.

Of course. She offered to return it before and was told by a board member
to just hold on. She did send what she was asked to send. She has no use
for it.
The question is, will the board admit that she was accused without any
basis, and agree to back off?
I think the current board will do so.
The big problem is now if the board will inform the members of the actions
they take. The corporate status is in danger with all the secrets. a 501 C
corporation must recognize the members as the owners of the club, not a
lower caste to be kept uninformed. To date, we still don't know what the Hunt
settlement said.
