What strikes me is that there are kids in high school today who don't know what
9/11 means.
Of course for some of us, most of the people don't remember when Kennedy was
shot.
Life moves on, and we are fortunate to have been part of the past, but more
importantly to be part of the present.

I'm going to an all-breed dog show tomorrow, good chance my dog will get beat
( my dogs usually do) but unlike all the other times I've gotten beat at the
dog shows this time will be different, I'll reflect back to that horrific day
in our history when our way of life was attacked and thousands of American
citizens lost their lives , before 9-11-01 I always referred to myself as
being an African American, after 9-11-01 I was just an "American". So the
next time things ain't going your way and life seems like it sucks everyday,
think back to 9-11-01 and appreciate how blessed we ALL are! There are about
ten days in my life I just can't ever forget.... Some sad, some
happy....9-11-01 is right up near the top! God bless Canada! Never forget
what they did for "us" during this tragic period in our history! Good
