The KEY here is............ that I doubt this person is a "BREEDER" .........
In California it is Illegal to sell a puppy under 8 Weeks.......as it should be.
It just saddens me that we always have to have some Legislator have to
spend time coming up with laws to keep idiots under control.
These type always fly under the radar anyway!!

If I remember right, AKC has rules regarding the sale of puppies
under 6 weeks. I think it should be raised to 7 -8 weeks. 6 weeks is
still too young and 4 weeks is just plan nuts.

DE has a puppy lemon law. I am certain it prohibits "breeders" from
releasing a puppy prior to either seven or eight weeks. Go for it you two.

these nut job "breeders" placed one puppy at 4 weeks, it's a good bet the
other puppies from the litter are placed too and are dehydrating/starving as
