Nope, they have never charged me for a dolly. I have always
only paid the one fee for GSD, crate, & dolly. I think last
time it was about $130. Never had them pull anything on me;
they are always awesome whenever I have flown with my dogs,
in cargo or on-board. But, I wouldn't want to endanger the
workers with bungee cords, anyway, and, I wouldn't mind
paying extra for whatever service I require. It isn't their
fault I need a dolly!!
I prefer to use plastic ties. Just cut them with a utility
knife and carry more to use later. Easy as pie and very
inexpensive at Home Depot!!
