Had the same thing happen. I joined around 78 and was a member for
around 8 or 9 years then had a check sent back. I had surgery I think late

and my dues were not on my mind...so figured I guess it wasn't that
important to them....even with explanation. I did enjoy the education value
of
the REVIEW at that time, so instead of reapplying, my mentor gave me all
her old mags. Worked...John insisted I rejoin when I moved here, so I did.
On the bright side, John got his 30 year certificate last week (even though
he says it should be 35). There was a book problem years back and Gail
could not find (no fault of her's) when he joined, so she put down 1980 even
though it was 75. He said....30-35, heck was does it matter. Long time.
he was pleased with the certificate.

was a loss of revenue. I can't remember which year it was that I reapplied

membership. Too tell you the truth I could care less about plaques, pins,

awards. I do what I do because I want too.
