The way I read this (and I have been a member for over 10 years LOL)
is that it is ONLY those members who reached these milestones AFTER it
was approved by the Board to honor the members with certificates. So
as I reach my ??? whatever year now, if this continues, I will get a
cert. And for you who have had continual membership since ? year...
it has to hit the 10, 15, or 25th year AFTER this was approved in
1997. You have to hit the right year after that year!
I just checked, I joined in 1997 according one of the rosters I
have. :-)
