Dear Youders, Caring Entrepreneurship Project - "傷健共融創業學習賽" The 4th Young Entrepreneur Learning Competition is going to be held in the Hong Kong Computer and Communications Festival (HKCCF) this summer, SEYSA has once again been invited to send a team of representatives to partake in the competition. I would encourage Youders who are interested in starting up business to seize this exceptional learning opportunity. Continuing on the theme of "傷健共融" ("partnership between the disabled and the able-bodied"), with the aim of promoting community participation, mutual assistance, support and social inclusion. This year, SEYSA will be partnering with The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (香港復康會) entering the competition. Working together with the participants from our Youth Programme and Disable Student Group (DSG), we would join hands to helps those disabled to run a small business. Youders of all ages are welcome to join the helping team. Please note the details of the competition: Duration: 4 August – 30 September (Tentative) Date of Festival :22 – 25 August, 2014 (Friday to Monday) Venue: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Please see attached for further information in Chinese) This is a competition involving the real trade of actual products. Any profit generated in the business will be kept by the participants. There will be guided support from organizers and suppliers in lending products, sales and assisting in logistical issues. Through this exciting and educational event, participants are expected to learn skills in division of labour, techniques in business negotiation, logistics management, setting up business model and launching marketing campaigns. An information session will be held on 2nd August 2014, in Room Y301 of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, open to all Youders.
