We are there Friday and Saturday nights and moving on to Weymouth Sunday pm to
stay with a good friend for a few days.

Chard is about 25mls from Haynes Museum so should be a 20min run in
TVR time!. Historic helicopters at Purtington where we end up on the
Saturday is only about 5mls from Chard. The Watermead is a Guest House ,so
B&B only, with private parking. We have not stayed there before but the
reviews look good,

What’s your plans for the weekend?
Just a reminder it’s another busy weekend at
Brands Hatch & there will be a few TVRs racing.
Bromley Pageant Of Motoring is on at Norman Park
on Sunday, anyone taking their car or paying a visit? It’s only over
the road from my house so slightly tempted to walk over there.
I plan to be sitting in front of the telly
watching Le Mans & sighing a lot but could be tempted to pop out for
a couple of hours on Sunday morning either to the Pageant or a little
drive. (Or both!)
