The Defund efforts, I see an opportunity to parse out which group takes on
certain campaigns / calls-to-action in order to make the most of our
collective labor. For example, during a recent Defend meeting we talked
about creating a campaign that highlights existing community-led harm
prevention efforts to illustrate how PB money can be spent. I wonder if
campaigns like this can find a natural home under PB Creators. We can then
cross-promote and boost content with the orgs we've been coordinating
with, namely Decrim Seattle and Black Action Coalition. I acknowledge that
tightening our coordination with the Defend group also assumes that we're
interested in building a consistent team who can work together longer-term.
I apologize if this sounds overwhelming to folks not already in both
groups -- I'm personally fumbling through how to be more economical when
engaging in overlapping efforts. I welcome discussion, but also understand
if my last bullet point is better off shelved!

Once we have some designs we like:
- Do we want to print copies & distribute?
- How do we get them to people who may mail them in?

1. building resources / entry-points / events for people who want
to do a bit of creative PB support, or
2. building a team who works together over a longer-term on
creative PB support?
- Do we want more concrete messaging guidance from PB / Abolition
movement leaders? (i.e. assignments?) If yes, how do we arrange this?
- Who is the audience for things we make?
- How do we get things out into community? (what are the conduits?)
- Are there people we want to bring into this work?
- Once there is PB $$$ and BiPOC artists and designers are being
commissioned, what kind of support can we offer that would be genuinely
useful?
