Bylaws- article 1
Section 3.0 -Privileges Of MembershipExcept as noted elsewhere in this article,
privileges of membership shall include the right tovote, hold office and attend
board meetings. Other privileges include the use of the libraryand other club
equipment and facilities, and other such privileges as may be designated bythe
Board of Directors.

Paraphrased from the AAS.
All people should be treated with respect. At no time is abusive, demeaning,
humiliating, or intimidating behavior acceptable; abuses of power are
unacceptable.
The SDAA is committed to the philosophy of equality for all, regardless of
gender, gender identity, race, ethnic origin, religion, age, marital status,
sexual orientation, disabilities, or any other reason. The Board of Directors
shall provide for such policies as are appropriate to recognize and maintain
this commitment.
