Apologies for any confusion or ignorance here. Absolutely no intent here to
bother you nor skirt any rules. I certainly don't want to get off on the
wrong foot.
But to be clear and precise, I only made the request for a delivery one time
(indeed by email and then to continue the conversation, at your request, by
text). I hope you can simply chalk this request up to ignorance. This is all
completely new to me and rather than pointing me to a link or document with
the rules for loaner scopes, Gene simply suggested I email you.
My most recent question I asked (which certainly was not a request). Was if
there is any alternative to a face-to-face meeting between us at TDS. You've
now clarified that other board members also have access to loaner scopes,
which answers that question.
Is there any sort of Calendar which will help me determine suitable times
for a meeting at TDS? I certainly don't want to rely on emails to make these
scheduling inquiries.

That is not going to work for me. Vehicle is full. Not willing to leave
my stuff up here to bring down the loaner.
We will have to find a time at TDS that works for both of us.

No problem. That is the reason the procedures specify TDS.
In the past I had less gear and dedicated a third of the garage to loaner
scopes. Can't do that anymore. I should probably amend the procedures to
specify TDS only.
My plans have extended through Sunday morning. If that fits your schedule

Further to that inquiry, perhaps I could convince you to bring the scope
