Palomar Science Presentations
As you're aware after 72 years of operation Palomar continues as an active
research observatory. Science operations have recently resumed after the
Corona virus shutdown. But as of now there are no tours, on site lectures or
public access. However, Palomar has always had excellent science presentations,
and these have moved online via ZOOM. These lectures (The Greenway Talks)
should interest SDAA members and we are all welcome to attend. The picture
below shows presentations scheduled through August 8th. To attend you need to
have a ZOOM invitation. You can get one by contacting Kin Searcy or Scott
