John,

 

This may get some people upset, but I see little difference between this case 
and the Alec Baldwin case on the set of the movie “Rust”.

 

You ”never” point a firearm at anyone or anything that you do not intend to 
kill or destroy.

 

This situation should never have happened.  He was just plain stupid.
