SMPTE is the "anchor" host of this meeting, and SBE Atlanta thanks Jack Linder
and his colleagues for this opportunity to join forces. SBE ATL also thanks
Turner for its continuing support of hosting meetings of this sort (hint to
other broadcasters, it's not that hard and makes you feel good...try it
sometime!).
As the meeting is in April just two weeks after the big "Cirque de NAB" rolled
through Sin City USA, you know what the topic will be-a recap of NAB. If you
did not go, consider attending the meeting to get an idea of what "wowed" your
local colleagues. If you were fortunate enough to go, consider putting in your
"2 cents" in on the group discussion.
