Prova ad usare cdrdao, per ora non posso indicarti il
comando, ma questo programma usa i file .toc .
k3b probabilmente ti ha creato l'mmagine e il file toc
sfruttando cdrdao.
Dal tuo allegato noto che ci sono due tracce,
probabilmente con cdrecord viene scrito come un'unica
traccia.
