[sanesecurity] ScamNailer - scan senders only?

We have a couple of users that had their accounts compromised and
they've got lectured and wrists slapped but their email addresses ended
up in scamnailer. These are tripping ClamAV even for incoming messages.
Is there a way to:
* Have ClamAV trip on sender information instead of recipient?
* Whitelist the domain or lower the SA score for ScamNailer if it's a
recipient address?
* How to quickly create a whitelist signature for it?
* Where to request removal?
