[samscommunity] Richland Public Library - Clearing late fees next week

If you have any late fines at the library, next week, October 21-25 is Amnesty
Week. All you do is go up to the circulation (check out) desk and tell them you
have some late fees you'd like to have waived. You still have to pay for lost
or damaged materials, but they will clear all late fines. In the past, they
have required a donation, but this year, all you need to do is ask!
