The next SACATE meeting is going to be tuesday March 27 at 6-30. the
subject will be freedom box. As far as the meal, we need to evaluate the
food situation. Last time when we ordered from Cappo's the man figured the
bill but did not include the tax and we weren't quite sure what each
person's bill was and we came up short on cash. I think a couple of the
drivers pitched in a couple dollars which they shouldn't have had to do. So
do we want to go with Cappo's again and see if the man there will figure in
the tax. Also the $2 we pay extra to cover the cost of meals for the
drivers is not going to be enough so we're going to have to pitch in another
dollar as one option. Or as a second option we could also take the price of
the whole bill and split it evenly between the ones who pay. Or we can
order from Capital Box Lunch as a third option. I'll take your votes until
Monday March 19. You can either call me here at the agency, 238-2531 or
