[sacate] Plans for Next Meeting (Important, please read)

Hello Members.
Because our driver situation is not in order for October's SACATE meeting,
obviously we will not be able to meet together in person.
We are, however, going to try something new. Londa has asked me to inform you
that we will hold what is called a virtual meeting.
The meeting date will be changed from Tuesday, October 30th to Tuesday,
November 6th at 6:00 PM. We will be voice chatting and meeting in a place
called the Blind Cool Tech chat room. Don't worry if you don't have a
microphone. You can also text chat in the room and you'll still be able to
hear what's going on.
This will require the installation of a small piece of software called TC Web
Conference on your computer. I will provide technical support for any
questions or problems you have, and will include my email address and phone
number at the end of this letter as well as at the end of the email containing
software installation instructions which will follow this message. During the
first part of the meeting Londa will give an overview of the chat software
we're using, and then she will be demonstrating the new features in JAWS 9.
Let me assure all of you the software you will be installing is both virus and
spyware free. I have scanned for both and I also run a resident spyware shield
which blocks pages containing spyware. Suffice it to say, I am a fanatic about
such things.
