This is a good question. During our board meeting last month, it was said
that we do pay the college for the room but there was no mention of letting
them know our official schedule. Do any past board members remember actually
talking to the school about this? If we pay for the room, who do we give the
check to and is that the person who does the scheduling?
On another note, I will be traveling on business during the next meeting on
the 6th. Hate to miss it but my employer has other ideas.
