I've been SAC Secretary twice now and this is the first time we have needed
the minutes of a meeting to clarify a point. It turns out the minutes have
yet to be forwarded to the editor, much less even written and it took me a
few minutes to locate the notes. Unfortunately they do not have any mention
of Steve's request.
I, along with Thad, give my approval to purchase the software. If, in the
event it has already been purchased, then reimbursement is also included.
Furthermore, I'll get the minutes of the board meeting out this weekend.
Sorry for any inconveniece this lapse in getting the minutes out has caused.
