Margaret, the rules for entering places apply to both "Late of"
and "formerly of." The name of the nursing home goes in, but the whole
street address does not, only the town. You index the name of a
property, such as a farm, because usually there is no street address,
but those will be uncommon in Rockhampton. So for your example, you
would enter:
Late of Alexandra Gardens Nursing Home, North Rockhampton
Formerly of North Rockhampton
A person in the town may move from a street address to a nursing home,
as in this case. For those, I show "Formerly Of" unless it is
identical to "Late Of."
