I would suggest two separate entries, one for each date.

An interesting one. This funeral notice contains two dates for services in different places.
Should we have two entries in Ryerson or just pick one.
This was published in the Melbourne Herald-Sun on 27th September, i.e. same date as the first service which took place in Sydney.
