Megan,

It isn't possible to put a tabloid-sized page onto an A4 sheet and expect to be able to read it easily.

But why print in the first place?

The notices in RNR can be zoomed onscreen to at least 400% before starting to lose definition. So you zoom the page, then open Indexer (which only occupies about a quarter of the screen) and index directly from the zoomed .pdf. You can move the page around as necessary, and change the position of Indexer, to see all the notices (but not all at once!)

Works for me.

John

Can anyone enlighten me on how to successfully print the notices from the Melbourne Herald Sun please.

I have tried saving to PDF then adjusting print size to 200% which fills a page to an A4 size sheet of paper, however my poor old eyes still cannot read the notices. So far I have been writing them out by hand before entering onto the Ryerson program, but with 3 or 4 newspaper sheets this can take up to two hours per edition of the paper.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
