Hi Megan. I currently do back indexing for Wed HS & enlarge to 300% then read
from the half screen so they are side by side. Also you close the column to the
right hand side & that makes it a bigger area as well. I find that much easier
than reading from print outs. I save the pdf file on my hard drive for future
reference. Note...you need to type 300 in as the options are for 200 or 400.

Subject: [ryerson_index] Printing Herald Sun notices
To: ryerson_index@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Can anyone enlighten me on how to successfully print the notices from the
Melbourne Herald Sun please.
I have tried saving to PDF then adjusting print size to 200% which fills a page
to an A4 size sheet of paper, however my poor old eyes still cannot read the
notices. So far I have been writing them out by hand before entering onto the
Ryerson program, but with 3 or 4 newspaper sheets this can take up to two hours
per edition of the paper.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
