When I use the date picker for a December date, it isn't the default
for the next entry. The next entry will have 1899 until typing
starts, then it will have the "current" date -- the date of the paper.
One possible scenario: the indexer thinks she is spinning for
What DOES change is that next time, the cursor will be somewhere in
the date field. Then it is easy to spin the wrong number. If I hit
"-" in the month field instead of in the day field, the result is
December.
