We know Rollei Fototechnic never went into bankruptcy; this company was
bought by a Danish investment group in 2002 and from the ending of 2004 it
started to be split into different companies, The Danish group created a
less known Rollei company, Rollei Immobilien GmbH &Co. KG; to administrate
the Rollei real state in Braunschweig.
They are offering to rent two historical buildings, the factory and the
Rollei offices. You can still see elements from the Rollei cameras golden
age and the wall to calibrate the Rollei Metric if you explore this site:
