Rollei 35 was and is the smallest 35mm mechanical camera in the world,
it is even smaller than the Olympus XA (manufactured for a few years)
for two of three dimensions.

I'm afraid the Fujifilm X100 does not qualify for high mountain
photography, its operating temperature runs from 0ºC to 40ºC:
