I have to disagree with you, Marc. As a "second amendment" sort of guy, I
see this rationale every time we have a new state pass a "Right To Carry"
law. Oh, you know, it'll be the OK Corral every day, and the streets will
run red with blood.
I'm still waiting for that to happen. Dum-de-dum...
However, I do believe that BATFE (and even DEA) should be part of Treasury,
and tax the stuff (which is what they were designed to do) and not ban it.
You right to (throw your fist/drink a gallon of cheap vodka/shoot heroin)
ends at (my nose/my car's bumper/my scraping your cold stiff body from my
front lawn).
