[rollei_list] Re: OT Walz lenses

It is the metered Sears Tower 65.  The lenses are surprisingly good, and
the viewfinder image is VERY bright.  Meter almost accurate -- If I
compensate for age, can even be used.  I've had the box 15 years, and
meter was accurate when I got it.  Lens is Walzer 3.5/75...  (are you
saying Nitto K didn't make this one...?)  Box is as good as my Yashicamat
124G -- and vaguely easier to use....

Did Nitto Kogaku do anything else?  Is Walz just a brand name from way
back when the Japanese had to pretend to be Germans in order to sell
cameras?
