Both the 205 and 203 were out at that time (1994). Now, if the requirements
were for a self contained motorized camera with meter, that's not the
205/203. But still, for some 30 years of Hasselblad use, metering wasn't a
problem (or even existent in the cameras), and they got some pretty good
shots.
Do you know what the issue was that they required "sophisticated metering"?
