[rollei_list] Lens cap ID?

Going through some boxes of odds and ends and came across a gray plastic lens cap for some sort of Rollei TLR. It has Rollei F & H inside a triangular cartouche on the upper part. The two rings on the front touch each other. On the inner side there is a small label stuck on with 5223 on it. Distance between lens centers looks like it would be about 38mm or so. Is this for a Baby? I have no idea where/when I got it.
