[rollei_list] Installing a Rolleikin w.o. counter knob

A lot of Rolleikin sets have no 35mm counter knob today, they were attached to
the camera and left there for most cases; other sets like the Rolleikin II "C"
does not include the counter knob because they are for cameras provided with
35mm counter knob from factory, like the 2.8 models "C", "D" and "E".

counter knob:
