Thanks Ferdi,
That's way above my head - I still use a Rolleiflex with film! I will ask a
tech to look into it for me.
Best,
John

John,
It looks like Outlook reported that the mail you send has failed a spoof check.
Modern mail programs check if the sending server is authorised to send mail for
the domain name involved. From the mail headers:
Received-Spf: None (protection.outlook.com<http://protection.outlook.com>:
millstream-hotel.co.uk<http://millstream-hotel.co.uk> does not designate
permitted sender hosts)
Have you got a TXT spoof record (v=spf1 ...) in the DNS-records of your domain
name? If not, you can probably add one. The support pages of your hosting
provider should list the details.
Ferdi,
who does not understand all of it but has spoof and DKIM record.

Office 365 Outlook throws up the message below when I receive emails from
rollei_list. I think this has been mentioned by someone else too.
Any ideas as to why the list "... failed fraud detection checks and may not be
who they appear to be"?
Best regards
John
