Thanks for the beautiful shot, Carlos. In past, I have always been sure of my
judgement of the Planar being THE lens. I am not so sure anymore. The Xenotar
has a special something about it. I see it, more and more, whether it be in the
Rollei TLR examples, or in the lenses fitted to some of the Retina cameras. As
with any lens, there are photos that do not display it, fully; but when
everything is done right, the Xenotar renders a presence of subject like no
other. At least in my opinion.
I also want to thank you for keeping the list a thriving thing.
