Between me and him (or him and me). Prepositions always take the objective
case: me, you, him, her, it, us, you, them. Would you say, "He gave the
music to I."?
It's "he gave the music to John and me," or, "he gave the music to him and
me (or me and him." It's amazing to me that so many supposedly educated
people don't know which case of pronouns to use.

Another pet peeve is the use of myself as a subject. "John, Mary and myself
went to town." Nope - it's "John, Mary and I went to town. Myself is
either reflexive (reflects the action back to the subject (I bathed
myself)), or an intensifier as in, "Well, I, myself, prefer to ......."
It's not the object of a preposition or a subject of a sentence.

Dang, aren't you sorry you asked?!

Marshall (who enjoys his Atelier 90S and mostly just lurks)
