I hear what you are saying, but, does that not then require them to service all
Roland products and be held liable if they refuse?

I don't think it is too hard to justify--any dealer that has customers with a
C330 and wants to take care of them will become a Roland service center or ally
with one they know. You don't have to be a Roland dealer to be a service
center.
