Sorry,
So, if they have a C-330 there is no local service available for a C-330 unless
they are lucky enough to have a local person/company like yourself who has gone
through the authorization process with Roland without shipping their C-330 to a
service center?
Possibly you could enlighten us?

It's actually a little trickier than you describe it Noel.
I am a Roland dealer and could not get parts. You have to be an Authorized
Service Center for Roland, which I now am. It takes awhile for Roland to
process the paperwork to approve a new service center. Until I was
"officially" authorized for service the Roland parts people would not give me
any information.
Also be aware that Roland does not stock all parts at their main
distribution/service center in California. Some parts have to come from
Japan--and they quote delivery time in the range of six to eight weeks.
Fortunately, we've had extremely few service issues with the roughly two dozen
C-330 organs we have installed.
Of course, a customer can always go directly to one of the Roland service
centers for service, but with a C330 this is usually not feasible.
