Noel,
I don’t always agree with you but on this matter you are right down the
middle....
If I own a piece of equipment that is out of warrantee and I decide to work on
it the manufacturer should by law be required to provide me with the parts and
service information.
I can remember when this was the case before the lobbies and lawyers made it
into a nanny state...
It all goes back to taking responsibility for your own actions....
Respectfully Frank Evans

Something you don’t know about us here in Illinois! We did not rape our
customers! We have always been fair to them, yes our markup was there when
appropriate, on things like bulbs we did not take advantage of our customers.
Bulbs were always replaced on service calls so it was a part of the package.
We always spelled it out! If there was a markup it was explained! If there was
a shipping cost it was detailed. It is called providing service, a reliable
service and treating our customers with respect. That is why Mr. Smith is the
#1 Dealer in the Nation. It is why he replaces competitors instruments 2-1!
Reliably, honesty and going above and beyond the contract to make sure that the
best possible result happens for each and every one of the clients regardless
of the instrument, size of the church! Not just in sales but also in service!
It’s how you treat others that reflects who you are.
Respectfully!
