That is also what the help files say. When I select Edit-delete the box that pops up has all of the boxes already checked except that they are "grayed out". Clicking "ok" does not change anything. There is obviously some step, perhaps in the "selection" process, that I am missing. I will try to check the Web site you cite to see if there is anything obvious that I have overlooked.
