I'm assuming you're talking about a rocket where you're space constrained. It's doable. I had a 38mm rocket that I put a TX and a Quark in. If the battery is fully charged, and you don't have to wait too long on the pad, there shouldn't be any issues.

finder?  I have an av bay with a Perfectflite Stratologger and one with
a Missileworks RRC3.  I was thinking of adding an eggfinder and using a
2S lipo,  400mAh  to power them both.  The altimeter would have its own
power switch so I can let the tracker power up and lock in before going
to the pad.

Thoughts?
