As many of you know, XPRS takes place at one of this country's premiere
launch sites, the Black Rock desert in Nevada. 

09/12 to 09/15 - ARLISS and XPRS Research launch.  ARLISS rockets have
priority for the pads.

09/16 to 09/18 - XPRS 2011 (commercial motors only)

AeroPac and California Space Authority's Virtual Classroom will be providing
satellite Internet service, radio base station support for Beeline and GPS
Flight systems and web casting of  the entire launch from that point on.

- The launch waiver is to 100k', however if you're flying over 35k' you'll
need to pass your project through AeroPac's review process:
