Just wanted to give y’all a heads up: Wildman West will *not* be at ROCtober.
If you need anything, let me know (david@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) before 3 Oct and it
can be shipped by UPS. Since Hazmat is no fun, if you order $500 or more of
stuff, I'll waive the Hazmat fee on shipping. And if someone wants to be the
stuckee for a single >$1000 group order for the launch, I'll give that person
25% off their order :)
Now, the fun part:
For ROCStock, folks were asking about doing a sparky race at dusk. I talked to
Tim and set up a deal:

The kit is dual deploy, 4” diameter, just under 6’ tall, 54mm motor mount,
CNC-cut all fiberglass with a filament-wound aluminum tip cone and the
legendary Wildman shredproof guarantee. The motor is the biggest 54mm
single-use sparky available, natch.
We’re playing for highest altitude, so if we end up doing them in pairs off the
back row (to save dragging pads to 1500’), we’ll have something fun to talk
about. Kits will be drop shipped when you pay, so you'll have a little over a
month to build them. Pick up your motor on November 11 at ROCStock 46. We'll
race at dusk!
RULES: If the race happens at ROCStock 46, you must fly to get the deal. If the
race happens and you don't fly, you'll get charged full price. You can play
without a Drago, but you can't win. For the race, you can get a K850DM by
itself for $140--that's 22% off.
