While we have many youth flying low power rockets on the front row, we will
also be launching high power rockets.
So the size limit is the same as a normal monthly launch. No individual
motor above M, and the aggregate not to exceed 20480 NS. All motors must be
certified and have a California State Fire Marshall stamp.
