Great side by side comparison, Richard. I wonder how the keychain camera
would compare.

I’m always looking for an inexpensive and good quality flight camera.
Recently, I saw the Conbrov Mini (Spy) Camera on Amazon and decided to give
it a try. It has a good configuration for mounting in a rocket, had pretty
good reviews, and was $40.
Here’s a link to a short video I created comparing it to the Veho Muvi and
GoPro Hero Session I’ve used before.

Although the price is good, in my opinion this wouldn’t be a good camera
for on-board video. But, take a look, the video quality is pretty good.
However, I decided not to recommend this camera for the following reasons:
- It’s sold as a “spy” camera and the manufacturer doesn’t ship it
with the audio enabled. You have to go through a procedure to get this
accomplished and this is a hassle.
- The video tends to temporarily freeze as it's recording.
- There’s no status light showing that video recording is taking
place. The status light actually goes off when you press video record on
the camera.
Always interested in comments or suggestions.
