I can answer the following questions from both:
*1. Working with volunteers *
-- Vol. Coord (Judy) please add info to spreadsheet and email/phone a quick
thank you and confirm they are coming to the Jan 6th Kick-Off. Training
and packets will be available! (If they were already given one in initial
contact, great time to bring it in to be notarized.)
-- Friends please reach out to friends - that will be the warmest welcome
(i.e., Melanie & Kristi Appelhans). Be sure they're coming Jan 6th!
*2. Handouts*
-- what I have prepared (Claudia) is fine for now but I'd like to firm up
some dates on the Petition Collector Instructions for regular availability
of a notary. County people are taking some vacations - closed Mon Dec 26,
no notary there Tues 27-- rest of week; closed Jan 1. I'll add "meet us
here to get notarized and turned in" when I have some dates and then alert
everyone to the new revision.

During the kick-off? Setting up training sessions periodically? This
hasn't been determined to my knowledge.
The clipboards are here, and I have 2-gallon ziplock bags with which to
make packets. I'll get some black pens, too. We need
instructional/reference materials for each packet. I know Claudia had
prepared several handouts; was a decision made on any of these? My access
was view only, suggesting they weren't confirmed.

I didn’t want to confuse the response by emailing from my email, so have
NOT followed up myself. However Kristi is a friend of mine and I could
follow up with them both if that’s the plan. So – over to VOLUNTEERS and
TRAINING processes – or let me know if I’m to follow up.
