I will add their names to the volunteer list and will happily send them a thank
you. Do they have any expectations with regard to training, or are they
waiting on word from us? We need to get packets ready and volunteer training
established in some fashion. Will it be on an individual basis? During the
kick-off? Setting up training sessions periodically? This hasn't been
determined to my knowledge.
The clipboards are here, and I have 2-gallon ziplock bags with which to make
packets. I'll get some black pens, too. We need instructional/reference
materials for each packet. I know Claudia had prepared several handouts; was a
decision made on any of these? My access was view only, suggesting they
weren't confirmed.

2 volunteers were recruited at the Cello Concert at St Luke’s last night and
given basic information but need to be contacted asap for thanks and
encouragement and specific follow-up to invite to training.

or hosting music at City Bagels on 3rd Wednesday of every month, evening. Might
be open to supporting petitioning at some music events, depending on policy of
venue.
I didn’t want to confuse the response by emailing from my email, so have NOT
followed up myself. However Kristi is a friend of mine and I could follow up
with them both if that’s the plan. So – over to VOLUNTEERS and TRAINING
processes – or let me know if I’m to follow up.
