Chris;
You mean that each take if it will follow the previous track that I must
take it on another track? I will have then more than 100 tracks for
instance, are you using this idea in recording? Or what?

Clone your track and make another take.

It doesn't hurt to have a bunch of tracks, and then you can cut and 
paste between them all and make it come out right.
